General Service Terms and Conditions
These General Service Terms and Conditions ("Service Terms") apply to all services, activities, events, programs, and products provided by MovX Group Ltd, trading as Rebound LAB and Fit ESCAPE. By booking, registering for, attending, or participating in any service, including the Rebound LAB Instructor Training (the "Program"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Service Terms. These Terms apply in addition to our Website Terms & Conditions.
1. Company Details
MovX Group Ltd is a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom.

All events, services, programs, and projects are independently created, owned, and operated by MovX Group Ltd. Rebound LAB certifications are private training certifications and do not constitute regulated UK qualifications. All rights are reserved.
2. Scope of Services
These Service Terms apply to all offerings, including but not limited to:

Private one-to-one and one-to-two training sessions

Group classes, workshops, and instructor training programs

The Rebound LAB Instructor Training Programs

Fitness retreats, wellness holidays, and fitness escapes

Events, festivals, parades, demonstrations, and public appearances

Online education, digital content, licensing, and certification programs
3. Eligibility, Registration and Acceptance
To participate in any service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise expressly stated

Complete all required registration forms and provide valid identification upon request

Meet any stated entry or prerequisite requirements
Acceptance onto any program, training, or event is subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to refuse participation where requirements are not met.
4. Health, Fitness and Medical Responsibility
Participation in fitness, training, and wellness activities involves inherent physical risks.
You confirm that you:

Are physically and medically fit to participate in moderate to high-impact physical activity

Have sought medical advice where appropriate before participating

Participate entirely at your own risk
Disclosure of medical conditions is voluntary but strongly encouraged. Failure to disclose relevant information may limit our ability to support your safety. You must not participate if you are injured, unwell, contagious, or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair performance or judgement.
5. Bookings, Fees and Payment

Full payment is required before the commencement of any program, event, or training unless otherwise agreed in writing

Instalment plans may be offered at our discretion

No VAT is currently charged
All prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers
Cooling-Off Period (Training and Programs)
Where applicable under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of registration.

Cancellations within this period will receive a refund minus a £19.99 administration fee

No refunds are issued after the cooling-off period or for non-attendance
Transfers
Transfers to future sessions, programs, or events are offered solely at our discretion and only for valid reasons. Transfer approval is not guaranteed.
Our Right to Cancel or Amend
We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or amend services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, venue unavailability, low participant numbers, extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. Where we cancel, you will be offered a refund or a transfer/credit. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation or related costs in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
7. Participant Responsibilities and Conduct
All participants must:

Follow all instructions, safety guidance, and regulations provided by instructors or organisers

Use appropriate, safe, and well-maintained footwear and equipment
-
Dress appropriately for training, including sportswear, a high-support sports bra, calf-length cotton socks, and no jewellery
You must not:

Attend under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or performance-impairing medication
-
Attend in person if suffering from a contagious illness
-
Smoke, vape, or chew gum on the premises
Strict adherence to start and finish times is required. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund. Children or visitors may attend only with prior written permission and remain entirely your responsibility.
8. Code of Conduct
Respectful behaviour towards instructors, staff, and other participants is mandatory.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate removal from the service or programme without refund.
9. Instructor Training, Certification and Licensing

Certification or licensing is awarded only upon successful completion of all required assessment criteria. Participation alone does not guarantee certification.

Participants who do not meet the required standard during the training will have up to ninety (90) days to complete reassessment requirements. Up to three (3) reassessment attempts are included. Any additional attempts may be subject to an additional fee.

Certification is issued on completion of the programme and is subject to ongoing compliance with the Rebound LAB Continuous Professional Development (CPD) framework.

To maintain active instructor status, instructors are expected to engage in CPD on an ongoing basis. Where sufficient CPD activity is not demonstrated, renewal may be required after a period of two (2) years, which may include refresher training or reassessment.

Where certification has expired or CPD/renewal requirements have not been met within the specified timeframe, the organiser reserves the right to require full re-training before certification can be reinstated.

Use of Rebound LAB branding, intellectual property, and instructor status is permitted only while certification remains valid and the instructor is in good standing within the CPD framework.
10. Retreats, Travel and International Services
Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Participants are responsible for arranging and funding their own travel

Valid passports, visas, and insurance are required
-
We accept no liability for travel disruptions, delays, or missed connections
Participation in all retreat activities, excursions, and experiences is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
11. Intellectual Property
All training materials, manuals, videos, programs, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of MovX Group Ltd. Materials are provided for personal use only. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
12. Liability and Assumption of Risk
Participation is entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MovX Group Ltd shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in services, except where caused by proven negligence. Personal belongings remain your sole responsibility.
Nothing in these Service Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
13. Insurance
We maintain appropriate public liability insurance. Participants are responsible for arranging their own personal, travel, medical, and cancellation insurance where appropriate.
14. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and is used solely for administration, bookings, training, certification, and legal compliance.
15. Photography and Media
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during services for marketing and educational purposes. If you do not wish to appear, you must notify us in writing prior to participation.
16. Communications
We communicate via email, telephone, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for missed communications caused by technical issues or third-party platforms.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Service Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Service Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
