A high-energy, bootcamp-style rebounding program that combines the principles of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and Tabata to deliver maximum results in minimal time.
Through short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods, Rebound Lab FITT™ program focuses on:

This program is designed to challenge your limits, boost metabolism, and improve overall athletic performance - all while using low-impact rebounding for joint-friendly training.

Move2Music
Basic Aerobic Program
Foundational Step Moving to Rhythm and Beat.
Move2Music™ is the essential starting point for aspiring instructors who want to bring energy, rhythm, and movement together in the studio. This foundational course introduces the principles of aerobic training, musicality, and class design - giving you the confidence and skills to lead engaging, safe, and effective fitness sessions.
Developed by Rebound Lab, Move2Music™ prepares you for the next step in your instructor journey - progressing into our signature Rebound programs that blend science, rhythm, and innovation in fitness.

Certification & Renewals
🎓 Certification is only awarded upon meeting assessment standards
Attending our instructor training / workshop is an exciting and high-energy experience designed to license you to teach Rebound Lab Programs safely and effectively. It is more than just learning how to bounce - it’s about mastering safety, technique, instruction, and class engagement to deliver dynamic and effective workouts.
📜 You will be assessed throughout the training with the final practical exam at the end of the last training day. If you do not pass, you have up to 3 months to retake assessments (first 3 attempts are free; £49 per additional attempt).
🔄 Renew Your Instructor Licence
Stay certified and inspired! If your certificate is about to expire or has recently lapsed, renew it with a refresher session or short assessment. It keeps your license valid and your classes safe and engaging.
💡 Instructor certification issued by Rebound Lab is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. To remain an active, licensed instructor and to continue using Rebound Lab branding in your classes, instructors must renew their certification within 3 months of the expiry date.
