Instructor Training Terms & Conditions

These Instructor Training Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Rebound LAB instructor training programs provided by MovX Group Ltd, trading as Rebound LAB. By booking, registering for, attending, or participating in any Instructor Training, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the General Service Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies referenced herein. In the event of any conflict, the Instructor Training Terms shall take precedence over the General  Service Terms in relation to Instructor Training services.

Company Details

MovX Group Ltd is a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom.

Trading brands: Rebound LAB, Fit ESCAPE
Directors: Agnese Bluma (United Kingdom) and Tatjana Sperber (Germany)

All training programs, events, materials, and services are independently created, owned, and operated by MovX Group Ltd. All rights are reserved.

Rebound LAB certifications are private training certifications. They currently do not constitute regulated qualifications within the UK Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and are not issued by a government-accredited awarding body.

1. Booking & Payment

1.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.

1.2. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

1.3. A contract between you and the organiser is formed upon receipt of payment and confirmation email.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

2.1. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.

2.2. The organiser may, at its sole discretion, offer a transfer to a future event. This is not guaranteed.

2.3. If the organiser cancels the event, you will be offered either:

a) a transfer to an alternative date, or

b) a full refund of the ticket price paid.

2.4. The organiser shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the participant in connection with the event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, subsistence, or other related expenses, in the event of cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of the training.

3. Transfers

3.1. Requests to transfer must be made in writing.

3.2. Any transfer offered is subject to availability and may be subject to an administrative fee.

4. Attendance & Participation

4.1. Participants must attend all required training sessions in full.

4.2. Late arrival or early departure may result in refusal of certification without refund.

4.3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation where behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Certification & Assessment

5.1. Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of all required assessments.

5.2. Participation alone does not guarantee certification.

5.3. Where a participant does not meet the required standard, further assessment or re-training may be required at additional cost.

6. Pre-Requisites

6.1. Certain ticket types (including Fast Track or KJ Instructor Upgrade) require prior qualifications.

6.2. Participants must provide valid proof of such qualifications upon request.

6.3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation without refund if prerequisites are not met.

7. Health & Fitness

7.1. By attending, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in physical activity.

7.2. You agree to inform the organiser of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to participation.

7.3. Participation is at your own risk, except where injury is caused by the organiser’s negligence.

8. Equipment & Clothing

8.1. Participants must wear appropriate sportswear and use suitable equipment.

8.2. Where required, only approved equipment (including original Kangoo Jumps® rebound shoes) must be used.

8.3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation where equipment is deemed unsafe.

9. Liability

9.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9.2. Subject to clause 9.1, the organiser shall not be liable for:

a) loss or damage to personal belongings;

b) indirect or consequential losses;

c) any loss arising from participation in the event.

10. Media & Marketing

10.1. Photography and video recording may take place during the event.

10.2. By attending, you consent to the use of such media for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you notify the organiser in writing in advance.

11. Instructor Training Abroad

Where training is delivered outside the United Kingdom, additional terms may apply as set out in the International Training Addendum.

12. Changes to Event

12.1. The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including venue, schedule, or Trainers/Presenters.

12.2. In the event of changes, postponement, or rescheduling, the organiser shall not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or associated costs incurred by participants.

13. Data Protection

13.1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.

13.2. Your details will be used for booking administration and communication related to the event.

14. Governing Law

14.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

International Instructor Training Addendum

 

This International Instructor Training Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of, and must be read together with, the Instructor Training Terms & Conditions of MovX Group Ltd, trading as Rebound LAB (the “Terms”).

This Addendum applies to all Rebound LAB Instructor Training programs delivered outside the United Kingdom, whether organised directly by MovX Group Ltd or in collaboration with local partners. By booking or participating in any international training, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Addendum in addition to the Terms.

1. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and this Addendum shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the training shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

2. Travel, Entry Requirements and Documentation

Participants are solely responsible for:

  • Arranging and funding their own travel to and from the training location

  • Holding valid passports, visas, permits, and required documentation

  • Complying with all immigration, customs, and local entry requirements

MovX Group Ltd accepts no responsibility for denied entry, visa refusal, or failure to meet entry requirements.

3. Insurance

Participants are strongly advised and, where specified, required to obtain appropriate:

  • Travel insurance

  • Medical insurance

  • Personal liability insurance

MovX Group Ltd accepts no liability for any costs incurred due to inadequate or absent insurance coverage.

4. Third-Party Providers and Venues

International training may be delivered in venues operated by third parties or in collaboration with local organisers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Such parties operate independently

  • They are not agents or representatives of MovX Group Ltd

  • MovX Group Ltd is not liable for their acts, omissions, or services

5. Cancellation, Postponement and Changes

MovX Group Ltd reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule training due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Travel disruptions

  • Government restrictions or advisories

  • Venue unavailability

  • Illness or unforeseen circumstances

  • Force majeure events

In such cases:

  • A transfer, credit, or refund will be offered in accordance with the Terms

MovX Group Ltd shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or related expenses.

6. Local Regulations and Participant Responsibilities

Participants must comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and venue requirements in the country where the training is delivered.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the training without refund.

7. Health & Safety

Participants confirm they are medically fit to participate and do so at their own risk.

Participants acknowledge that local conditions, facilities, and environments may differ from those in the United Kingdom and accept responsibility for adapting accordingly.

8. Currency and Payments

Where applicable:

  • Prices may be listed or payable in local currency

  • Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the participant

  • Any bank or transaction fees are borne by the participant

9. Training Delivery and Certification

All training delivered internationally follows the same standards, assessment criteria, and certification requirements as those delivered within the United Kingdom.

Certification remains subject to successful completion of all required assessments in accordance with the Instructor Training Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability Abroad

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Participation in international training is at your own risk

  • MovX Group Ltd shall not be liable for losses, injuries, delays, or damages arising from travel, local conditions, or third-party services

Nothing in this Addendum excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

11. Priority of Terms

In the event of any conflict between this Addendum and the Instructor Training Terms, this Addendum shall apply to international training only.

12. Acknowledgement

By proceeding with an international booking, you acknowledge and accept the additional responsibilities and risks associated with training outside the United Kingdom.
