These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website www.reboundlab.co.uk and all services, activities, events, programmes, and products provided by MovX Group Ltd, including its affiliated brands Rebound Lab and Fit ESCAPE (together referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, booking, registering for, or participating in any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Company Information

MovX Group Ltd is a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom.

All events, projects, services, and programmes organised by MovX Group Ltd are independently created, owned, and operated solely by its directors. All rights are reserved.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all services offered by MovX Group Ltd, including but not limited to:

• Private one-to-one and one-to-two sessions

• Group classes, workshops, and instructor training programmes

• Fitness retreats, wellness holidays, and fitness escapes

• Events, festivals, parades, demonstrations, and public appearances

• Use of our websites, booking systems, online platforms, digital content, and communication channels

3. Eligibility and Participation

To participate in any of our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise expressly stated (minors may attend selected family events only with parental or guardian supervision and consent)

• Be physically and medically fit to engage in moderate to high-impact physical activity

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of booking or registration

You acknowledge that participation in fitness and wellness activities involves inherent risks. You are strongly advised to consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise or training programme.

Disclosure of medical conditions is voluntary; however, failure to disclose relevant information may increase your risk of injury and limits our ability to support your safety.

4. Website Use

When using our websites and online platforms, you agree that you will:

• Use them only for lawful purposes

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information where required

• Not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of our systems

• Not attempt unauthorised access to data, content, or accounts

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our platforms if these Terms are breached.

5. Bookings and Payments

Bookings may be made via our website, email, telephone, social media channels, or authorised booking platforms.

• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm a booking

• Prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payment, and cash (in person only)

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of booking, all payments are non-refundable.

Retreats and Holidays

Special booking conditions apply to retreats and fitness holidays, including staged payments, deadlines, and bespoke cancellation policies. Full details will be provided at the time of booking and form part of these Terms.

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Cooling-Off Rights

Our Right to Cancel or Amend

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or amend any service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, venue unavailability, low participant numbers, extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Where we cancel a service, you will be offered either:

• A refund of fees paid, or

• A transfer or credit towards an alternative service

Private Sessions

• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable

Workshops and Instructor Training

• A 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of booking in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

• Refunds within this period are subject to a £19.99 administration fee

• After the cooling-off period, fees are non-refundable

• Transfers may be offered at our sole discretion

Events, Festivals, and Public Appearances

• Tickets and bookings are generally non-refundable

• If we cancel, you may request a refund or transfer

Retreats and Fitness Holidays

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Balance payments must be paid by the deadline stated in your booking confirmation

• Cancellation charges apply based on the notice period given (details provided at booking)

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel, health, and cancellation insurance.

7. Health, Safety, and Conduct

By participating in our services, you confirm that you:

• Participate voluntarily and entirely at your own risk;

• Are fit to participate;

• Will comply with all safety instructions, rules, and guidance provided;

• Will not participate if you are unwell, injured, or contagious.

You are responsible for:

• Wearing appropriate clothing and footwear;

• Using equipment correctly and as instructed;

• The safety and security of your personal belongings.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any individual whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful, without refund.

8. Instructor Training, Certification, and Renewal

• Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of all required assessments

• Assessment retakes must be completed within three (3) months

• The first three attempts are included; subsequent attempts are charged at £49 per attempt

• Certification is valid for two (2) years from the date of issue

• Renewal must be completed within three (3) months of expiry to continue using Rebound Lab branding and materials

Renewal requirements may include in-person training, online refresher courses, or submission of recorded assessments.

9. Retreats and Holidays – Additional Provisions

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• You are responsible for arranging and funding your own travel

• You must hold valid passports, visas, and insurance

• We accept no responsibility for travel disruptions, delays, or missed connections

• Accommodation standards, inclusions, and exclusions will be clearly outlined in your booking documentation

Participation in all activities, including fitness sessions, excursions, and cultural experiences, is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property, Media & Image Rights

All intellectual property rights in connection with MovX Group Ltd, Rebound Lab, and Fit ESCAPE - including but not limited to retreat concepts, formats, schedules, class structures, choreography, training content/programs, business ideas, branding, logos, trademarks, written materials/manuals, photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and promotional content (“Protected Content”) - are owned by or licensed to MovX Group Ltd. Participation in any service, retreat, or event does not grant participants any ownership, licence, partnership, franchise, or commercial rights in the Protected Content. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Permitted Use

Protected Content is provided strictly for personal, non-commercial use unless prior written consent is granted by MovX Group Ltd.

Prohibited Use

Without prior written consent, participants and former participants must not:

• Copy, reproduce, edit, adapt, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Protected Content

• Use any photographs or videos taken by or on behalf of MovX Group Ltd to promote, advertise, or support any third-party event, retreat, training, or business

• Create, promote, or host events, retreats, or services that are substantially similar to or derived from MovX Group Ltd formats, concepts, or materials

• Authorise or permit any third party to use Protected Content in any form

Media Featuring Participants

All photographs and videos taken during retreats and events remain the exclusive property of MovX Group Ltd. Participants are expressly prohibited from using any media that features other identifiable participants for promotional, commercial, or public-facing purposes.

Unauthorised use of such media may constitute:

• Copyright infringement

• Breach of image and privacy rights

• Breach of data protection laws

Enforcement

Any unauthorised use of Protected Content constitutes a material breach of these Terms. MovX Group Ltd reserves the right to:

• Demand immediate removal of infringing content

• Issue cease-and-desist notices

• Seek injunctive relief, damages, legal costs, and account of profits

• Report infringements to social media platforms, hosting providers, ticketing services, and payment processors

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless MovX Group Ltd against all losses, claims, and liabilities arising from unauthorised use of Protected Content.

11. Liability and Insurance

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MovX Group Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

• Injury or loss arising from failure to follow instructions or misuse of equipment

• Any indirect, consequential, or economic loss

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. We maintain appropriate public liability insurance. Participants are responsible for arranging their own personal insurance.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Your data is used solely for administration, communication, bookings, training, certification, and legal compliance. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

13. Photography, Video, and Marketing

Photographs and video recordings may be taken during our services for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in such materials, you must notify us in writing prior to the event or service.

14. Communications and Social Media

We communicate via email, telephone, and social media platforms. While we endeavour to respond promptly, we accept no liability for missed or delayed communications due to technical issues or third-party platforms.

15. Third-Party Links

Our websites may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our websites. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
