General Service Terms and Conditions
These General Service Terms and Conditions ("Service Terms") apply to all services, activities, events, programs, and products provided by MovX Group Ltd, trading as Rebound LAB and Fit ESCAPE. By booking, registering for, attending, or participating in any service, including the Rebound LAB Instructor Training (the "Program"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Service Terms. These Terms apply in addition to our Website Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services
These Service Terms apply to all offerings, including but not limited to:

3. Eligibility, Registration and Acceptance
To participate in any service, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise expressly stated

Complete all required registration forms and provide valid identification upon request

Meet any stated entry or prerequisite requirements
Acceptance onto any program, training, or event is subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to refuse participation where requirements are not met.
4. Health, Fitness and Medical Responsibility
Participation in fitness, training, and wellness activities involves inherent physical risks.
You confirm that you:

Are physically and medically fit to participate in moderate to high-impact physical activity

Have sought medical advice where appropriate before participating

Participate entirely at your own risk
Disclosure of medical conditions is voluntary but strongly encouraged. Failure to disclose relevant information may limit our ability to support your safety. You must not participate if you are injured, unwell, contagious, or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair performance or judgement.
5. Bookings, Fees and Payment

Full payment is required before the commencement of any program, event, or training unless otherwise agreed in writing

Instalment plans may be offered at our discretion

No VAT is currently charged
All prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers
Cooling-Off Period (Training and Programs)
Where applicable under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a 14-day cooling-off period applies from the date of registration.

Cancellations within this period will receive a refund minus a £19.99 administration fee

No refunds are issued after the cooling-off period or for non-attendance
Transfers
Transfers to future sessions, programs, or events are offered solely at our discretion and only for valid reasons. Transfer approval is not guaranteed.
Our Right to Cancel or Amend
We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or amend services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including illness, venue unavailability, low participant numbers, extreme weather, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. Where we cancel, you will be offered a refund or a transfer/credit. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation or related costs in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
7. Participant Responsibilities and Conduct
All participants must:

Follow all instructions, safety guidance, and regulations provided by instructors or organisers

Use appropriate, safe, and well-maintained footwear and equipment
-
Dress appropriately for training, including sportswear, a high-support sports bra, calf-length cotton socks, and no jewellery
You must not:

Attend under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or performance-impairing medication
-
Attend in person if suffering from a contagious illness
-
Smoke, vape, or chew gum on the premises
Strict adherence to start and finish times is required. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund. Children or visitors may attend only with prior written permission and remain entirely your responsibility.
8. Code of Conduct
Respectful behaviour towards instructors, staff, and other participants is mandatory.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in immediate removal from the service or programme without refund.
9. Instructor Training, Certification and Licensing

Certification or licensing is awarded only upon successful completion of all required assessment criteria. Participation alone does not guarantee certification.

Participants who do not meet the required standard during the training will have up to ninety (90) days to complete reassessment requirements. Up to three (3) reassessment attempts are included. Any additional attempts may be subject to an additional fee.

Certification is issued on completion of the programme and is subject to ongoing compliance with the Rebound LAB Continuous Professional Development (CPD) framework.

To maintain active instructor status, instructors are expected to engage in CPD on an ongoing basis. Where sufficient CPD activity is not demonstrated, renewal may be required after a period of two (2) years, which may include refresher training or reassessment.

Where certification has expired or CPD/renewal requirements have not been met within the specified timeframe, the organiser reserves the right to require full re-training before certification can be reinstated.

Use of Rebound LAB branding, intellectual property, and instructor status is permitted only while certification remains valid and the instructor is in good standing within the CPD framework.
10. Retreats, Travel and International Services
Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Participants are responsible for arranging and funding their own travel

Valid passports, visas, and insurance are required
-
We accept no liability for travel disruptions, delays, or missed connections
Participation in all retreat activities, excursions, and experiences is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
11. Intellectual Property
All training materials, manuals, videos, programs, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of MovX Group Ltd. Materials are provided for personal use only. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
12. Liability and Assumption of Risk
Participation is entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MovX Group Ltd shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in services, except where caused by proven negligence. Personal belongings remain your sole responsibility.
Nothing in these Service Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
13. Insurance
We maintain appropriate public liability insurance. Participants are responsible for arranging their own personal, travel, medical, and cancellation insurance where appropriate.
14. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and is used solely for administration, bookings, training, certification, and legal compliance.
15. Photography and Media
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during services for marketing and educational purposes. If you do not wish to appear, you must notify us in writing prior to participation.
16. Communications
We communicate via email, telephone, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for missed communications caused by technical issues or third-party platforms.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Service Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Service Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Instructor Training Terms & Conditions
These Instructor Training Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Rebound LAB instructor training programs provided by MovX Group Ltd, trading as Rebound LAB. By booking, registering for, attending, or participating in any Instructor Training, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the General Service Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies referenced herein. In the event of any conflict, the Instructor Training Terms shall take precedence over the General Service Terms in relation to Instructor Training services.

All training programs, events, materials, and services are independently created, owned, and operated by MovX Group Ltd. All rights are reserved.
Rebound LAB certifications are private training certifications. They currently do not constitute regulated qualifications within the UK Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and are not issued by a government-accredited awarding body.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.
1.2. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.3. A contract between you and the organiser is formed upon receipt of payment and confirmation email.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
2.1. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by law.
2.2. The organiser may, at its sole discretion, offer a transfer to a future event. This is not guaranteed.
2.3. If the organiser cancels the event, you will be offered either:
a) a transfer to an alternative date, or
b) a full refund of the ticket price paid.
2.4. The organiser shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the participant in connection with the event, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, subsistence, or other related expenses, in the event of cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of the training.
3. Transfers
3.1. Requests to transfer must be made in writing.
3.2. Any transfer offered is subject to availability and may be subject to an administrative fee.
4. Attendance & Participation
4.1. Participants must attend all required training sessions in full.
4.2. Late arrival or early departure may result in refusal of certification without refund.
4.3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation where behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
5. Certification & Assessment
5.1. Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of all required assessments.
5.2. Participation alone does not guarantee certification.
5.3. Where a participant does not meet the required standard, further assessment or re-training may be required at additional cost.
6. Pre-Requisites
6.1. Certain ticket types (including Fast Track or KJ Instructor Upgrade) require prior qualifications.
6.2. Participants must provide valid proof of such qualifications upon request.
6.3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation without refund if prerequisites are not met.
7. Health & Fitness
7.1. By attending, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in physical activity.
7.2. You agree to inform the organiser of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations prior to participation.
7.3. Participation is at your own risk, except where injury is caused by the organiser’s negligence.
8. Equipment & Clothing
8.1. Participants must wear appropriate sportswear and use suitable equipment.
8.2. Where required, only approved equipment (including original Kangoo Jumps® rebound shoes) must be used.
8.3. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation where equipment is deemed unsafe.
9. Liability
9.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9.2. Subject to clause 9.1, the organiser shall not be liable for:
a) loss or damage to personal belongings;
b) indirect or consequential losses;
c) any loss arising from participation in the event.
10. Media & Marketing
10.1. Photography and video recording may take place during the event.
10.2. By attending, you consent to the use of such media for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you notify the organiser in writing in advance.
11. Instructor Training Abroad
Where training is delivered outside the United Kingdom, additional terms may apply as set out in the International Training Addendum.
12. Changes to Event
12.1. The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including venue, schedule, or Trainers/Presenters.
12.2. In the event of changes, postponement, or rescheduling, the organiser shall not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or associated costs incurred by participants.
13. Data Protection
13.1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
13.2. Your details will be used for booking administration and communication related to the event.
14. Governing Law
14.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
14.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
International Instructor Training Addendum
This International Instructor Training Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of, and must be read together with, the Instructor Training Terms & Conditions of MovX Group Ltd, trading as Rebound LAB (the “Terms”).
This Addendum applies to all Rebound LAB Instructor Training programs delivered outside the United Kingdom, whether organised directly by MovX Group Ltd or in collaboration with local partners. By booking or participating in any international training, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Addendum in addition to the Terms.
1. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms and this Addendum shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the training shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
2. Travel, Entry Requirements and Documentation
Participants are solely responsible for:

Arranging and funding their own travel to and from the training location

Holding valid passports, visas, permits, and required documentation
-
Complying with all immigration, customs, and local entry requirements
MovX Group Ltd accepts no responsibility for denied entry, visa refusal, or failure to meet entry requirements.
3. Insurance
Participants are strongly advised and, where specified, required to obtain appropriate:

Travel insurance

Medical insurance
-
Personal liability insurance
MovX Group Ltd accepts no liability for any costs incurred due to inadequate or absent insurance coverage.
4. Third-Party Providers and Venues
International training may be delivered in venues operated by third parties or in collaboration with local organisers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Such parties operate independently

They are not agents or representatives of MovX Group Ltd

MovX Group Ltd is not liable for their acts, omissions, or services
5. Cancellation, Postponement and Changes
MovX Group Ltd reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule training due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Travel disruptions

Government restrictions or advisories

Venue unavailability

Illness or unforeseen circumstances

Force majeure events
In such cases:

A transfer, credit, or refund will be offered in accordance with the Terms

6. Local Regulations and Participant Responsibilities
Participants must comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and venue requirements in the country where the training is delivered.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the training without refund.
7. Health & Safety
Participants confirm they are medically fit to participate and do so at their own risk.
Participants acknowledge that local conditions, facilities, and environments may differ from those in the United Kingdom and accept responsibility for adapting accordingly.
8. Currency and Payments
Where applicable:

Prices may be listed or payable in local currency

Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the participant

Any bank or transaction fees are borne by the participant
9. Training Delivery and Certification
All training delivered internationally follows the same standards, assessment criteria, and certification requirements as those delivered within the United Kingdom.
Certification remains subject to successful completion of all required assessments in accordance with the Instructor Training Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability Abroad
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Participation in international training is at your own risk

MovX Group Ltd shall not be liable for losses, injuries, delays, or damages arising from travel, local conditions, or third-party services
Nothing in this Addendum excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
11. Priority of Terms
In the event of any conflict between this Addendum and the Instructor Training Terms, this Addendum shall apply to international training only.
12. Acknowledgement
By proceeding with an international booking, you acknowledge and accept the additional responsibilities and risks associated with training outside the United Kingdom.
Instructor Training Health & Fitness Waiver
This waiver should be read in conjunction with our applicable Terms & Conditions. By booking, attending, or participating in any services provided by MovX Group Ltd, trading as Rebound LAB and Fit ESCAPE, you confirm and agree to the following:
1. Physical Fitness & Medical Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically and medically fit to participate in fitness activities, which may include moderate to high-impact exercise.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a medical professional prior to participation where appropriate.
I agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect my participation.
2. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in fitness activities, including rebound exercise, training sessions, and retreats, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Falls or loss of balance

Muscle strain or injury
-
Equipment-related risks
-
Environmental factors (particularly during retreats or outdoor activities)
I voluntarily assume all such risks.
3. Participation Responsibility
I agree to:

Follow all instructions and safety guidance provided

Use equipment only as instructed

Stop exercising immediately if I feel unwell, dizzy, or in pain

Inform the instructor of any concerns during the session
4. Health Conditions
I confirm that I will not participate if I am:

Experiencing symptoms that may affect safe participation

Under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair performance
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that MovX Group Ltd, its instructors, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except where caused by negligence.
Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
6. Personal Responsibility
I accept full responsibility for my own participation, safety, and wellbeing during all activities.
I understand that participation is voluntary and undertaken at my own risk.
7. Acknowledgement
By proceeding with my booking or participation, I confirm that:

Fit ESCAPE Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Fit ESCAPE retreats, fitness holidays, and wellness experiences provided / organised by MovX Group Ltd, trading as Fit ESCAPE. By booking, registering for, or participating in any Fit ESCAPE retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Bookings & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your place. Full payment must be made by the stated deadline prior to the retreat.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking. All prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
If you cancel your booking:

Any remaining balance may be retained depending on notice period
Transfers to future retreats may be offered at the organiser’s discretion.

5. Travel Responsibility
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel unless explicitly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for missed flights, delays, or travel disruptions. For international retreats, additional terms apply as set out in the International Retreat Addendum.
6. Health & Fitness
By attending, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in physical activity.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
7. Behaviour & Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully and follow all instructions provided.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.
8. Changes to Retreat
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to:

9. Liability

International Retreat Addendum
This International Retreat Addendum (the "Addendum") forms part of, and must be read together with the Fit ESCAPE Terms & Conditions.
This Addendum applies to all international retreats, wellness holidays, fitness escapes, and overseas events organised, delivered, or facilitated by MovX Group Ltd outside the United Kingdom. By booking or participating in an international retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Addendum in addition to the Service Terms.
1. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Regardless of the country in which the retreat or event takes place:

These Addendum terms and the Service Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales
-
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with the retreat, the Service Terms, or this Addendum shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
Local laws, customs, or regulations at the destination may apply to certain activities; however, participation remains subject to these governing terms.
2. Travel, Entry Requirements and Documentation
Participants are solely responsible for:

Arranging and funding all travel to and from the retreat location, unless expressly stated otherwise

Holding valid passports, visas, permits, and travel documentation
-
Complying with all immigration, customs, and local entry requirements
MovX Group Ltd accepts no responsibility for denied entry, deportation, visa refusal, or failure to meet destination entry requirements.
3. Insurance Requirements
International retreats involve additional risks associated with travel and unfamiliar environments. You are strongly advised and solely responsible for obtaining comprehensive insurance that includes, at a minimum:

Medical and emergency treatment cover

Repatriation and evacuation cover

Activity-based coverage appropriate to fitness and wellness activities

Cancellation and curtailment cover
We do not provide personal travel or medical insurance and accept no liability for costs incurred due to inadequate or absent insurance coverage.
4. Nature of Service
Fit ESCAPE retreats are independently organised fitness and wellness experiences and do not constitute a “package holiday” within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Health, Medical Care and Local Standards
You acknowledge that:

Medical facilities, emergency response times, and healthcare standards may differ significantly from those in the United Kingdom

Access to English-speaking medical professionals or emergency services cannot be guaranteed
-
Local health, safety, and hygiene standards may vary
You participate with full awareness of these differences and accept responsibility for assessing the suitability of the destination for your personal health and needs.
6. Activities, Excursions and Third-Party Providers
International retreats may include optional activities, excursions, cultural experiences, or services provided by third-party operators, venues, or guides. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Third-party providers operate independently and are not agents, employees, or representatives of MovX Group Ltd

We accept no responsibility for acts, omissions, negligence, or failures of third-party providers
Any participation in third-party activities is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the relevant provider.
